More project meetings don't give better outcome. We talk about effectiveness and efficiency. We learn groupthink. Groupthink comes about because individuals do not learn the project requirement well enough so they have to reach a compromise with basically no constructive opinions thrown in. Before a meeting, whether to discuss or finalise, individuals should have thought about it; or there is no discussion nor finalizing to speak of.
